Technical Business Development and Product Support Officer

The Technical Business Development & Product Support Officer is responsible for growing and supporting the Beyond Mobility ecosystem by combining customer engagement, technical product support and operational execution. The role serves as the primary operational representative of Beyond Mobility, ensuring that customers, riders, merchants and partners successfully adopt and utilise the platform while maintaining the reliability and performance of the electric mobility products and supporting infrastructure. The role bridges the gap between technical support, customer success and business development.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Electric/ Electronic engineering, Project management, or Sales
